1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1333ba platform and all its associated services. 1333ba is a trusted online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh, offering cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming services.

3 Account Registration

When creating an account on the 1333ba platform, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth and contact information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• No deposits or withdrawals may be made into your account in another person's name or on behalf of a third party.
• At the time of registration, you must set a strong password that should not be disclosed to others.

3.2 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or email address), you must notify 1333ba immediately. 1333ba will not be responsible for any issues arising from information that has not been updated.

4 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and never share them with anyone else.

• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, contact our support team via live chat immediately.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
• Be alert to phishing or fraudulent messages — 1333ba will never ask for your password by email or SMS.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 1333ba: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from your own registered payment account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500.
• For the bonus to become withdrawable, the wagering requirement must be met: bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount must be completed.
• The bonus can only be received once per account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 1333ba reserves the right to place the account under investigation.

6.2 Other Promotions

• Special promotions such as cashback offers and tournament bonuses may be provided from time to time.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period, and any bonus not used within that period will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion.

7 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 1333ba are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules must be followed to ensure fair play on the platform:

• All bets must be placed under normal and fair market conditions.
• Attempts to generate artificial profit by betting on opposing outcomes in the same event are not permitted.

• Betting on cricket, football or any other sport is determined by the official result of the relevant sport.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1333ba platform, and engaging in them will result in permanent account closure:

• Using software, bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, crack or gain unauthorised access to the system.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately towards other players.
• Submitting fraudulent payment information or managing chargebacks.
• Any form of game manipulation or match fixing.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1333ba will not be liable for the following:

• Game-related losses caused by internet connectivity issues or technical failures.
• Losses arising from improper use of your account credentials or access by a third party.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government directives or cyber attacks causing service disruption.

12 Changes to Terms

13 Account Closure

1333ba reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide account verification information.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint with 1333ba, please first contact our support team via live chat or email. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and try to resolve most matters in a friendly manner.

• After a complaint is submitted, we will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
• For disputes regarding gaming results, server logs will be considered as final evidence.
• If a resolution is not reached through mutual agreement, both parties will determine the next steps through discussion.
